Interesting how they are not issuing points for qualifying citing cost reasons. This must be to prevent the advent of qualy engines, brakes, and bodywork a la F1 10 years ago. Makes sense.

Memo # 09-02 Modifies testing allowed for P-2 and GT-2, seems more window dressing than actual rules change.
Memo's # 09-03, # 09-04, and # 09-05 are out. # 09-03 seems the only one that might have an outward effect.
Memo's # 09-06 and # 09-07 are out. These deal with the ACO's rule updates and clarifications.
Memo's # 09-08 and # 09-09 are out and address some T&S /pit lane data dist.
