| IMO, Sebring and Petit are great ways to bookend the season. |

| Ya, the only thing that might be an issue, per se, is the heat in Utah on July 10th, otherwise it looks prety good other than being a little light. Need a couple more natural terrain tracks added back in when the economy gets a little healthier.

| On Laguna Seca
4hrs to 6hrs... I feel compensated for the move date =] (Now if they can just get complete race hour tv coverage instead of a 2hr miserable cut fest).
Personally, I'm a little sad but I don't feel that moving it to May is a bad move either. I do like the series ideal to bookmark the enduro races. Only problem I can think of is if it's too close to Le Man's that might prompt a few teams not to run at Laguna Seca... is it?
Also Long Beach is now the lone street course on the schedule. I like diversity of tracks so I hope they can get one more in the future. |

| According to the LMPC demo ride piece it confirms my thoughts on only Sebring and Petit as being run to ACO class rules. Quote: |
In 2010, LMP1 and LMP2 cars will compete as a single LMP class with exception of the Series’ two endurance classics - the 58th Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring presented by Fresh from Florida and Petit Le Mans. Those races will continue to adhere to the ACO technical rules for LMP1 and LMP2.
| So we will have an endurance round, Laguna 6hrs, that will run under the single prototype ALMS 2010 class rule. Which will actually be a good thing, I think, for those teams running the P-2 prep cars as to their endurance performance when pushed to the max. It will be a good barometer for the 2011 P-1 field.

| Laguna Seca on CBS....I envision watching a 2.5 hour highlight reel of only the race for the overall win covered with little mention of the GT class...the network coverage is always abysmal.
..or maybe the first thirty minutes, cut to ARCA qualifying, then 30 minutes of the Sprint Cup practice, then ShamWow guy, then the last thirty minutes of the race streaming at CBS Sports.com. |

| I knew it was too good to be true. We get 6 hours of Laguna, only for it to be shown in CBS. |
