Issues uploading photos

I cannot get my photos to upload into my albums. I do not claim to be a computer guru, any "message board for dummies" help would be greatly appreciated!

Sounds like they are too large... either in dimensions or file size. Give the Quick Start guide a read... or check the FAQ under Photo Gallery. They should be no larger than 800 pixels on the longest side AT 72 PPI - and they shouldn't be any larger than 150KB.

If you click on My Albums... then Create New Album. After you have created the Album then click on Upload Photos... select the album and follow along from there.

All the photos are larger but one did successfully load that is the same size as the others? Is it possible for me to resize them so they will upload?

If you click on the menu item ToolBox under The Paddock on the left, you'll find a couple of links to tools that will help you with photo editing and management.
