Default Rahal Status

I just noticed that Tom Milner Jr. is listed with the Panoz car in the time sheets for the WDWT. We also know that Kelners is looking for other rides.

So did Bobby shut the doors, or is he just replacing his driver lineup?

I saw in the Gil announcement that Atherton mentions Rahal's name in the "A" List. Why would he do that if Rahal was leaving? Just leveraging the name while he can?

If Tom Jr. is available, what are the chances of Daddy putting together that second car for him to run? Pretty slim I am thinking...

Keeping another Porsche and getting back a Panoz would be excellent.

Well the 'vine' says that we will probably hear an announcement from Chicago today concerning Rahal and BMW and that it will more than likely be for this year!

Damn, I have to be at work a half hour before the BMW announcement. I'll be excited all night waiting to see it when I get home.

I guess that means they take the year off. I would think it would be beneficial for them to run a Porsche to get more endurance experience. They didn't exacty take the GT2 class by storm last year.

I wonder if PTG got snubbed or they just have a long term contract with Panoz?

Wonder how late? Petit, Laguna ? It sure would be nice to see them just after the break, but that is probably pie in the sky!
