Default Patrón-Highcroft

If I where Duncan Dayton I would be highly peeved off at A. Megevand at E.I. for his very inaccurate portrayal of the team as unsportsmanlike!! Unless my translation is off, 2nd to the last paragraph? .... French ..... translated =
Quote:
Patron-Highcroft has not shown great sportsmanship after the accident Sharp at Petit Le Mans, the team had complaint against Porsche for use of illegal fuel, gasoline, which was proposed and Acura to all other competitors. This claim was withdrawn a few days later by the team. A disavowal shouting ...

The facts are clearly available to anyone, much less someone who has credentials for this stuff! here I find it very difficult to believe that IMSA would lie about when the protest was filed!!

I am sure there is something lost in translation here. Also, it's EI, what do you expect?

Well first there was nothing lost in translation as stated by the author here.
The article has now been edited and no longer puts forth the incorrect assumption that it had, now that the author has been shown his mistake.

Actually it is E.I., and I expect more!

Well, I am somewhat disappointed for the team! They did show that they have the potential to be at the sharp edge of the field with the ARX-02a. But it was/is evident that there is a bit of work yet to be accomplished. A lot of it around the steering problem which has plagued the car pretty much from the onset, including early testing sessions (pre Sebring).

Well seeing as this is a new year and the team has reverted to the ARX-01 with a new revision, the C. I thought this thread might could stand another go, as the circumstances for the team has changed. ALMS champs, Le Mans bound and no longer an Acura 'werks' team. Here is a short on Brabs, Simon and Marino during seat fitting.

Seems the new sponsor that will be on the car at Le Mans may be GE. It looks to be at least an associate sponsor for Duncan and the gang, check the nose in the Sebring poster.
