I never found Daytona to be a thing of beauty to shoot in the day...sunset, night, and sunrise are good.....so this one I think is the best of the bunch of the ones I have seen on the web...

It amazes me how many shots you can see on the web where the cars are parked on the track.....sure, the entire shot is tac sharp, but how often are races red flagged and the cars are then parked on course? This is not NASCAR where this does happen and they park them on track you know....
My point? Nice shot....best of the bunch in my opinion....need to see motion...

I'll tell you what gets me...is the shots at "reputable" websites that have crazy exposure differences. Looks ok when a average tone car goes by, but when a black car is in the frame it's over exposed and under exposed when a white car is in the frame (white cars aren't suppose to look gray).

OMG....it is painful and clearly gives fans of the ALMS a better appreciation for Hindy and Crew.....
No sounds in the background, and just really 'talking'....with LONNNNNG moments of silence....nothing but dead air!
Yet, as painful as this is, I am still listening.....
Nice to see my "live" broacast on tv is only an 1/2 hour behind. Coverage starts on fox at 11:00 pacific and the green flag is at 13:30 eastern. We really would not want to have to preempt "Yu-Gi-Oh G/X" to bring the race live.
