The # 23 Autocon has been suffering from an unusual problem with their engine, a problem! The GV 5 has basically been bullet proof throughout its life cycle and the engine in question is one they just recieved back from Judd after a freshening. They have been stopping quite frequently to fill the engine with oil as it has a severe leak and they did not have time to change it and get everybodys laps in.
The #83 Krohn/Risi entry with Tracy Krohn at the wheel had a large off and heavy impact damaging the car substantially. Tracy seems to have not been injured in the incident though.
