OMG... I wouldn't believe it unless I saw it with my own eyes. LOL

The lola has undergone some changes since the alms.

Not sure about those headlights either, they can't help the top speed on that thing.

Thats great about Devlin. Is this his first time to Lemans? I was really hoping to see him in the KSM car to see what it is capable of.

Yes it is his first Le Mans as a driver. The Kruse car driver line-up was already filled so...

Well test day is over now.The # 8 Peugeot topping the charts with a 3:22.222 The fastest petrol car was the # 17 Pescarolo at 3:33.939. The # 12 Cytosport / Charouz car turned a 3:39.584 being sixth fastest among the petrol cars.

P-2 was topped by the Spyders with the # 34 VM Motorsports with a 3:42.191.

GT-1 saw the 009 Aston on the top of the sheet with a 3:53.531 and the top 4 covered by about 2.3 seconds (Labre then both P&M Vettes).

GT-2 was pretty much a ferrari fest at the front with the # 82 Risi leading the way with a 4:05.561 and the top 5 cars being covered by about 3 seconds.
The # 80 Flying Lizard being the only 997 to break up the 430 party at the front, were second in the test day with a 4:05.590 just missing there ALMS rivals Risi by 29 hundreths! So the battle has just moved to the Continent!

The # 7 Peugeot driven by M.Gené was totaled (no pun intended) in a crash during the test. At first it was reported that Gené had some broken toes but that was later reported as not being the case. Video

The # 23 Autocon has been suffering from an unusual problem with their engine, a problem! The GV 5 has basically been bullet proof throughout its life cycle and the engine in question is one they just recieved back from Judd after a freshening. They have been stopping quite frequently to fill the engine with oil as it has a severe leak and they did not have time to change it and get everybodys laps in.

The #83 Krohn/Risi entry with Tracy Krohn at the wheel had a large off and heavy impact damaging the car substantially. Tracy seems to have not been injured in the incident though.

So will Autocon have any problems with all their drivers being able to race or anything to that effect?
