The timing sheet shows they got in a total of 37 laps, so it seems they got enough in to qualify everyone. I hope.

Is there any kind of minimum speed/lap time requirement that could keep them out? They were more than 1 minute off the pace...

Yes there is, but, this was not qualifying, it was testday. Which is where the drivers that are not pre-qualified, previous race within 3 years, basically get their orientation (sporting check) to the track which allows them to participate in qualifying. See Art. 9 on page# 6

The # 30 Racing Box Lucchini/Judd has withdrawn. It seems that the 2nd Epsilon-Euskadi/Judd will replace it even though the field was supposed to be set. The mill seems to think that this has been expected for some time, with one of the major indicators being that the second EE car has been hanging at the periphery.

I feel like the 2nd EE has a stronger driver lineup than the first car!

I'm a bit weary that the ACO breaking their own rules to allow them in, but they're a welcome addition to the grid!

Also the factory Creation, Embassy WF01, and Barazi Epsilon Zytek are sporting new liveries. They can be seen over at EI.
