Well first practice session is done and Penske leads the charts. But does not seem to be eating up the competition with the 2nd outing of the DI engine, I guess we shall see.
BK looks to be mixing it up pretty good, even though they are 8th in class.
PTG 3rd in GT-2 so far! They seem to be pushing the program ahead pretty good.

Well, another barnburner of a Qing session. Marino Franchitti who qualified 7th in class and 10th overall was inside of last years P-2 track record. Wow!
The top 4, both Audis and the Acuras of AGR and Fernandez, were under the P-1 lap record. Jon Field is in at #8 overall and ahead of 3 Spyders. Tafel and Risi leading the GT-2fight over the Lizards and Farnbacher who were all under last years GT-2 record! PTG in the Panoz pulled down a 6th place, backing up their performance from earlier sessions.

I just got home from vacation and watched the race. It was great! That would have been a good one to have been at. I CANNOT believe the 61 car screwed Salo!
