| Someone on the ALMS forums is making the claim that we can scratch one Ferrari off the entry list. No info on which one, or reasons for it, or even a confirmation that such is the truth. |

As for the R10...well he definitely got caught out at Le Mans. I think his performance at Laguna in October was pretty good though (He qualified the car, the started the race). |

| Could that be why Tafel is losing a driver? |

| Official rendering of the new Aston Martin Vantage GT-2. It seems it might be announced Jan.10th at the Autosport International Show by D. Richards at the AM press conference, when they are set to announce their 08 racing plans. link

| Peterson White Lightning out of the ALMS? Quote: |
As for the affect on Dennis? This is one more personal blow after a very difficult and disappointing year with the American Le Mans team. Only one race was a first place finish; when in past years they had enjoyed podium wins at every race. Also, the morning they left for Dakar, the final decision was made by Mike Petersen to withdraw from ALMS all together. This leaves Dennis scrambling to find a position on the already sorted teams in the paddocks of ALMS. Most teams are sorted by early December.

| While it's never good to see a team leave, I am relieved it is not one of the Tafel 430's disappearing. The Corsa car will take up the spot left vacant by PWL in the Ferrari camp. Mr. Pruitt is probably smiling a little on the inside right now... On a different note, is the Farnbacher Porsche effort 100% confirmed, if so, how many cars? I notice they were at the Grand Am test. |

I notice they were at the Grand Am test. | Farnbacher said they would have 2 or possibly 3 either Porsches or Ferraris, but there has been no official announcement to my knowledge. Some of the know it alls on this site seem to think that statement means they'll be on the grid, but then again, Lexus and CET were equally optimistic... |
