Credible, late but unconfirmed information says Fittipaldi is headed to rides in either Aston-Martin or will share a seat with good friend Tony Kanaan in an Acura.

read that too... and it also said in the article "they are happy to join the THREE car factory effort with the chassis" not exact qoute but very similiar.

what im trying to say or ask someone here is are they actually going to have that fourth car join the fray or will it just be the three returning from next year.

?? Makes one wonder what kind of legs the Kanaan/Fittipaldi story has!

Yes the text from the Press Release is pretty clear:-

"...we will be able to contribute to that database as we begin to operate as part of a three-car effort on all fronts"

If there are going to be 4 (or the Bear said 5) cars Fernandez doesn't know about them!

You also have to remember that the Fittipaldi Aston Martin rumor may be pointing him back to Europe (in the LMS - possibly back with Team Modena?)..

And Tony Kanaan can't do a full ALMS season. There are 5 conflicting IRL races (+ the 3 shared weekends).. Maybe AGR will field a 2nd car at select events that don't conflict?

Again, complete speculation here. I have no inside info on this subject.
