Just an FYI, this post was not meant as a slam on Porsche. I actually think the method of how they position customers cars is a) smart - and b) raises the quality of racing and competition. That is a GOOD thing.
However, to be fair, my information came from a customer. PorschePR has alluded to the fact that some of my statement is wrong. I've asked him to PLEASE correct me on this, and for that matter, any misstatements he discovers on the site.
I want to be very clear, our intention is to not let rumors and bad information run rampant as we've seen on other forums. The idea of this site was to "let the sun shine in" on all topics and encourage all participants to share their thoughts and ideas. The more that happens, the better our content and contributions will be come.
I assure you, we do not want to misinform... so, PorschePR... thanks for looking in and a bigger thanks for setting us straight on any misinformation. I assure you, it is never intentional.
