Default ACO press conference on future rules

Although nothing was truly set in stone, as the rules will be officially released on Nov. 15th, there was a lot of ground covered in the press conference from Jean-Claude Plassart and Daniel Poissenot.

*Main Issues*

Speed & Cost reductions in 2009, less power, smaller engines, less tires and equalizing of diesel/petrol/production engines.
Hybrids can run in 2009 but no points until 2010.
Major changes posponed until 2011,
LMP1 to use "LMP2" engines, not clear on GT1 engines.
LMP2 to use "GT2" engines.
And several body aero rules.
